The rear yard of this existing house had a drab, dated vibe, but also great potential with amazing views to Lake Murray and an existing pool in the classic mid-century kidney bean shape. Playing off that curved shape, we introduced a series of site walls of varying heights with integrated planters. The center piece of the design is the Tea House with water feature behind and underneath flowing to the pool.
